Where we identify a recurring need that existing solutions do not adequately address, Avison360 may develop focused software products designed to complement an airline's existing systems.

Our technology consultancy is requirements-led. We start from the client's operational needs, agree the requirements with them, and assess every option against those requirements on its merits, whether that means improving existing systems, extending them or selecting a new supplier.
Avison360 also develops its own software. Where one of our products could be relevant to a client's requirements, we say so openly and disclose our ownership before it is considered, so the client can decide how it should be treated in any evaluation or selection.

Airline crew leave management software
A cloud-based software application for airline crew leave planning, bidding and allocation. It uses AI to interpret crew leave policies and build configurable rules. Once the airline has approved them, those rules are applied consistently in leave management and allocation, helping to protect operational availability and giving crew a clear view of their leave.
